The staff were the stars of our stay. They were extremely kind and patient when my wife lost her box of medication. Very attentive to our needs. The room was immaculate (we always to a bed bug check on the first day) and everything was clean and spotless. The view was incredible, absolutely breath taking during sunrise/sunset with the shimmering water reflecting the colorful sky. Ended up extending our stay 2 nights.

We loved our mini vacation at the Dream Inn. We only live an hour and a half away, but wanted to spend some time swimming and hot tubbing and at the beach. The room was beautiful, the weather was great and the service staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

This property is amazing. The views of the ocean are like no other. They have a wonderful pool overlooking the beach, close to the boardwalk close to the lighthouse and the pier. Couldn’t ask for a better location The staff was super friendly. The room was beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again

Fantastic stay!
Absolutely perfect! We were incredibly impressed with our service during the entire visit. We have been to a lot of resorts and this was by far our favorite! Directly on the beach, the pool was actually warm, amazing bar tender, within very short walking distance of the pier and of the Boardwalk.

Couldn’t ask for a better oceanfront getaway… The Dream Inn is the perfect mix of sand and sunsets with every room overlooking beautiful Cowells beach, the Santa Cruz pier and famous Beach Boardwalk. All of the staff are on point, from the moment you pull up to valet to front desk, management and housekeeping. Everyone at The Dream is upbeat and professional with an eagerness to help make your stay amazing. We had the most enjoyable week splashing in the waves, sunbathing by the pool, riding bikes through town and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves below. It’s a great place for kids and adults with so much to do you can’t go wrong. My only suggestion is to make sure you request a room above the 3rd floor, just trust me on this one- you’ll be grateful you did!

When we booked, it said we could have 5 people in the room. When we arrived they could not accommodate 5 people. One person needed to sleep on the outside deck or on the floor.

Sleepy beach town vibes with an overall cool ocean front atmosphere. Great experience. Left our balcony door open all night to listen to the crashing waves and seals barking. The hotel restaurant is legit, some of the best food we had on our voyage from San Diego to San Francisco. This review by a simple Michigan traveler.

Too expensive. Carpets need cleaning, in the rooms and out. Room was clean. Overall though still an incredible hotel with the ocean view and pool access.
