We had an amazing stay! Ankit at the front desk was extremely helpful and hospitable when we booked our hotel visit last minute. I would definitely recommend this inn for anyone looking for a cozy and conveniently located place to stay in downtown Santa Cruz.

The picture in the ads included an outdoor table and chairs which were not there on the night I stayed there. I chose this motel particularly to be able to sit outside. Disappointing.

i hate to say anything negative about this place, the rooms are a good deal and the indian family that runs the hotel is nice. but, i've stayed here before, but this time i noticed hairs in my sheets - apparently, the maid didn't bother to change the sheets between guests. kinda gross. that's a deal breaker for me, i won't be back.

Parking was easy. The boardwalk and downtown was a short walk from the hotel which was great as we didn't need to drive everywhere. The person at the front desk was very friendly and immediately have us a room with 2 queen beds when requested.
