I stayed here over the weekend for a triathlon event that I was participating in. The room was perfect! The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is great. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Santa Cruz

Breakfast was skimpy. There is no pool. There is a hot tub, but guests were in there drinking bottled alcohol, and talking nonsense to my grandchildren. When we checked out, nobody was at the front desk. We left the keys, and still haven’t been emailed an invoice

We had a fantastic stay Thank you so much. Jana at the front desk is a wonderful The check-in and checkout was so smooth. Her customer service is outstanding. The room was so clean. Everyone was so friendly. It was so quiet at night. I’m glad that we picked this hotel. It was walking distance from every place and everything that we did why we were at your location and the breakfast was so yummy. Thank you again. We will definitely be back

Having a 3 bed room within waking distance to boardwalk and warf was very convenient. The room was cozy but clean. Hot tub was nice, breakfast was slim but we were happy to have waffles included in room price.

Our room had a great view of the ocean, walking distance to the beach. Internet didn’t work though so if you’re planning to go online you’ll need to use your phone’s hotspot. Staff couldn’t help either. I gave 4 stars because of the internet, you need to be under 5 feet tall to comfortably use the shower, and the plug in scent was too strong and we had to place it outside. At least it wasn’t a floral scent so it wasn’t bad once we placed it outside the room for our stay. Overall a good experience, the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. Thank you for a good experience. :-)
