Clean rooms, 3 minute walk to boardwalk. Breakfast was satiating. Facility in good condition, water refill station. For a balcony you need to book with partial ocean view or better. Parking spaces in the garage were very tight. Staff was quiet, not the friendliest but not put you off either.I would recommend this hotel.

Clean- must be new(?) property, nice size king room with balcony. Easy walk to the beach and. City Pier/Boardwalk. Recommend that umbrella’s be added at the pool deck.

Very close to the Pier and beach, and it was so clean! Breakfast was great also. I'll be back Daughter, just move to UCSC. This will be our place to stay every so often to see her.

Overall friendly staff, clean facilities and great location. The only cons are that elevator was out of service and the poor sound proof system in the room. People next door to us were loud at night and could hear everything through the paper thin walls. Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep the two nights I stayed there.
