Great View
The gal at the front desk was very accommodating. I said I didn’t know which room we were in, but I was hoping it would be a room with a balcony and a view of the ocean. She checked and was able to get us just what I asked for.

Staff was excellent and were able to provide directions to concert venue. Great location beach is right across the street. Very short, walk to boardwalk and wharf parking is a challenge and there is construction next-door as of October 24

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were modern and clean. The beds had many pillows and were very comfortable. They had a nice little patio near the pool that was enjoyable. There is major construction going on nextdoor and that started at 7:30am, we are early raisers so that didn’t matter to us.

Easy five stars. Located right across from the beach and and easy walk to the wharf. Gentleman at the front desk on check-in (Dennis) was super nice and made us feel very welcome. Owner/mgmt: if you are reading this, make sure to give Dennis kudos. Everyone at the front desk was great. The room was immaculate with a bright sparkling bathroom and a great shower. The ONLY downside was some noise from the construction across the side street, but you can hardly blame the property for that. 10/10 will be back when we visit Santa Cruz again. Highly recommended!

Very nice, clean, and modern. Our suite was excellent and roomy. Modern bathroom. Super soft and comfortable beds. Excellent location between the Boardwalk and the wharf. The only complaint would be that the foot traffic on the floor above and the corridor was kind of loud. Kind of sounded like they were moving furniture. Hiwever, was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. Would most definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was nice. The pool was extremely small, but you are literally across the street from the ocean & Boardwalk. The bowling alley Just steps away, and the restaurants were also very convenient. The front staff Gentlemen was very nice, But there was a younger Asian receptionist when we first arrived, that was not very friendly, Unfortunately, she seemed as though she hated her job. All in all, we would stay here again. The parking situation was not a big deal and we had no problem with the construction either. I would suggest they get some luggage Cradles.
