Location is the reason we tried this place out. Easy 2 blocks to Downtown and yet private feeling. Rooms were large and beds lux. Great free coffee cappuccino lattes and hot cocoa anytime with an afternoon sweet in lobby. We love this spot❣️

Great location & excellent customer service

Loved how communicative and responsive staff were! I accidentally booked for the wrong day online and when I called, they took care of it right away. The location is awesome as it’s conveniently located in the middle of downtown and close to the boardwalk. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee machine and cookies were a nice touch! Everything was very clean, which was great too. Downsides were it was missing a little fridge, but we were only there one night. Also as I was on the second floor, there was a lot of loud footsteps above.

Surprise charges

I stayed here three times before learning that they add charges. Only $15 so I almost didn't notice that they charged me for parking that I did not use, and then charged me twice for taxes when I had already paid through hotel.com.
