Very nice place however, the internet was pre 1980s! When we first arrived, we got no service. Later, we were told the facility had an upgrade. It was a 1-800 fix it yourself. We used it but it was barely any better. Most of the time it came up as unsecured. I think the management must have upgraded to the cheapest version possible. If not for this, we would return. As it is, we will not return.

Not what we expected

I received a courtesy call around 9:35pm the night I was Staying to tell me the doors would be locked at 10pm. I have Never received a call before at any hotel I have Stayed at, so it was a bit shocking. I informed them that I would be there a little later and was told to access the night door. Upon arrival, the courtesy clerk took me inside so I can sign the documents/get the keys. There was no access to the room from inside the hotel lobby, I had to go around and up some stairs to get to an unlocked door. When I got Into the room, I could Immediately tell that this was an older hotel that was in need of some tlc, however it was quiet and fairly clean. The next morning, I sent the family to get some breakfast while I loaded the car. The kitchen staff acted similarly to security ensuring no one was taking too many of one item. Mind you this “continental” breakfast had No hot food. It was some pastries, a waffle machine and a little bit of apples/oranges. Overall, I was disappointed for the price and the misleading photos indicating this was a great hotel. It was not BAD but it certainly won’t warrant a return trip for my family and I .

I wasn't put in a room that was described. The room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator access, very dingy with a 4' balcony with a view of a wall. The bottles of hand lotion on the vanity sink were used and re-filled. Stayed at this location 2 years ago and it was a great experience which lead to me booking for this stay. I will never stay at this place again.

Staffs are very nice. Environment is very clean, quiet (this is a plus because it’s actually very close to highway but without any traffic noise), and room is big. I really like the room setting with plenty of common areas among rooms such that you don’t worry about having a noisy neighbour. Location is very convenient with laundry mart nearby, pharmacy and supermarket just across street. It is also very close to highway entrance so you can get to anywhere easily.

The evening desk clerk was good, decent respectable staff person who seemed interested in her job. Helpful . The morning desk clerk was cold, not tuned into clients needs. Unqualified for his job. The breakfast was garbage No staff at breakfast room, sterile room Quality hotels at one time was a good quality hotel, no longer. Room was small & not worth the $130. The breakfast room is like a cold box.
