Rooms were cleaned every day. Exceptional room for the price. The woman running the residence was constantly around for help with taxis and keeping up with room service. Everything on the property was super clean and it was a 5 minute drive from tres Trapi, palm beach, and only 15 to eagle. Would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed, the hotel is old, dirty and needs serious updating. I left the day I checked in and stayed elsewhere down the street. Barceló upper management should invest some serious money in updating and improving this hotel because the location is good and the staff could do better with better resources.

We loved everything!!!

Breakfast and lunch were ok but not fantastic. Dinner was extremely good. Biggest complaint was the lack of activities and the quality of the evening entertainment. Both poor.
