Santa Domenica Vittoria Vacation Packages

The room was comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and the view from the outdoor terrace was beautiful. We would stay here again.

Villa Conrad was superb! The Villa was renovated and luxurious. Location is perfect. I was able to use the rooftop pool at Metropole with a stunning ocean view. The only thing was the tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it!

Breakfast, clean room and location! Definitely will stay at this hotel and try their hot tub next time 😀

Staff were lovely, very welcoming. Apartment was clean, well maintained and as advertised. Breakfast was lovely. Only issue for us was the need to taxis due to a lack of public transport and the walk into town wasn’t very easy. That being said we travelled with 2 children, 8 and 10

Wonderful staff especially the chef. The room was clean and bed made up between nights. Towels not replaced. The meals were excellent and reasonably priced. The chef worked very hard to make our stay wonderful. She was not only chef, but desk manager and waiter.

We booked a room in June for a September 3-night stay. When we arrived at the hotel I was told there were no rooms available. I was redirected to stay at another hotel 15 minutes away. We met another couple who had the same experience. We believe they overbooked but did not tell either couple that this was the case. Very inconvenient, to say the least. The only redemption was that they offered us a free dinner and spa access after we sent a complaint to Hotels.com. They did not extend this offer to the other couple who were also sent away (probably because they hadn't booked through Hotels.com and did not send a complaint).

My first time in Catania and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff - Excellent, Room - Excellent, Proximity to town center - Excellent.
