This property it’s the ultimate encounter between you and nature ! The view was exceptional food was great. The place is awesome the staff was wonderful ! Again this is away from the town and transportation was limited . So if you looking for night life this is not the place for you to stay.. I will say some areas do need maintenance like the spa and jacuzzi areas.

We travel the world and this is definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The hotel has twenty individual units that are large enough for a family of four. The service was impeccable. All staff were trained to know our names and after one meal became familiar with our preferences. The monkey island tour was great and the car service always on time. The spa was average but easily overlooked because of the incredible experience.

The staff was very professional and helpful. They were able to accommodate the change of transport times due to flight delays. I strongly recommend hote Jaguar for your next trip to BEAUTIFUL Tikal.

The only thing that might cause a negative impact would be the fact that using the pool or the jacuzzi after 6PM might not be a good idea, because you may find some frogs around them, but overall, we loved this place.
