Lovely Hotel

This is a lovely hotel situated a short walk away from the main town. The pool is big with lots of loungers and a nice cafe for light food and drinks, perfect.

The staff is poor. The cleaning personnel was poor the rooms were not properly cleaned and we left behind some stuffed animals and they disappeared and were not found afterwards.

Fantastic hotel - comfy beds, lovely roof terrace with Jacuzzi bath, amazing pool area and sunbeds, and short walking distance to Santa Eularia.

Definitely not five star standard. Housekeeping rarely frequented and a tissue left on the floor at the beginning of our stay was never removed. We had to have daily battles to replace complimentary water. Reception attitude hostile. Check-in was done without a smile or a greeting. Water pressure was low. A machine in the ceiling, keep the room noisy and disrupted sleep. Stay here if you want to be disappointed.

Overall good

Overall good. A couple of disappointments. The spa pool was luke warm at best both inside and out and overall the hotel could use some updating. The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively. We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins + Excellent location and staff. Breakfast was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed the main pool

We enjoyed a great 4 night stay. Good location and only a short walk to the beachfront with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Our only issue as with most hotels was the need to secure a sunbed early in the morning
