What an amazing little gem this place is. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are big and super clean. And I cannot say enough about the breakfast best hotel breakfast ever.

As motels go, this one was adequate in cleanliness, convenience and comfort. The continental breakfast was very nice and included freshly made breakfast burritos. Our main complaint is regarding the poor customer service. We discovered on the 2nd and final morning of our stay that 2 of our bicycles had been stolen off the roof of our van. When I informed the front desk attendant, he barely reacted. When I asked if we could see the security camera surveillance, he said only his manager had access, and he wouldn't be there until noon. I told him we had to leave as we had a long drive ahead of us. He apparently never informed his manager as the incident was never acknowledged. I realize the theft was not the fault of the motel staff, but better customer service would have been appreciated. If you stay here, be sure to bring any valuables inside and keep them in your room.

The room I was issued sure as heck did not look anything like the pictures advertised. Room I had was a pet friendly room, small and in the lower floor. The sheets looked clean, pillows were not the most comfortable but was okay. The main reason I am giving it 2 stars, the towels did not look clean or they were not changed out. There were stains on the hand towels and the face towel looked like someone used it and just hung back on the rack. The young man at the front desk changed them out for me. If there was a breakfast, it was never mentioned, ad looked like there was a breakfast area, no idea where that was.

It was a nice hotel
It is a cute hotel, decorated well modern southwest style. We arrived about 8:30 pm. There was no one at the front desk. There was a computer kiosk type thing to check in with. We had never done it this way before. It really seemed cold and impersonal with no person there to greet us. The breakfast was ok. Breakfast burritos, with cereal and muffins.

The hotel was very affordable , the clerk at the front desk wasn't the most responsive during checkin but nothing terrible . The breakfast was great both days and the room was clean and comfortable .
