Good location if you are heading south out of town. Otherwise it's nowhere near downtown. Hampton Inn breakfast is usually served at 6. This one starts at 6:30, which is too late for travelers.

Excellent, but.....

Our pre-paid 4 night stay was excellent - very clean, comfortable, a nice variety of breakfast foods (proteins, waffles, gluten-free muffins, and good coffee) throughout the 5 day trip. The BUT": Our only question was the added, unexpected "amenities fee" of $50 payable upon arrival. It included a parking fee, but no other amenity listed or was available - the POOL WAS CLOSED during our stay. It seems this facility should show the extra amenities charge on its web information so this could be factored into a guest's decision making. YES, I would definitely stay here again, but at least I now know about the extra fee.

Newer glass shower door leaked water onto floor. Understand the ecofriendly concept but 3 full size towels is exponentially better than two towels. Please upgrade to quality 2xply toilet paper

I felt that that security should have been better. I wasn’t aware that the hotel is located in an area with a lot of homeless people. There was one sleeping in the hotel’s parking lot. I was surprised that there was a charge for parking. The lot should have then been more secured. I was definitely concerned about my vehicle that night.

The hotel and our room were clean, breakfast was good also. I would have given 5 stars, but my 2 complaints were, I wasn't thrilled to have to patk in the very back of the building, seemed sketch. And also, the halls in the hotel (at least on our floor) reeked of weed. Either that, or someone snuck their pet skunk into their room. I didn't appreciate that.

My family was looking forward to swimming and to have pool not available due to maintenance was very disappointing. Staff was ok never felt they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The room coffee condiments were never stocked up. The door to the bathroom was weird.It does not lock. The front person say they don't clean the room, but every three days.And if we needed towels, and we need a request. Just didn't seem up to standard.In other hampton, INN that we've stayed.

We had reserved our room, and paid ahead. Check-in was very slow. Then we were given the key to a room already occupied. Had to go back to the desk and get keys to the correct room. Breakfast okay, we had to wait for about half of the hot food that was empty.

1 star stay at a hotel that should be 5 star

I had a room that had black mold growing in the bathroom. When I pointed it out to staff I was told a manger would call me, I waited 2 days with no contact. Staff at the desk we kind and professional, but the general manager Jamie couldn’t be bothered to address my concerns. It is very obvious there has been a leak in the wall for some time, you can see the screws holding the vanity up are rusted. To top it off, you are charged for parking, given a pass to out on your dash which states to park correctly or potentially be towed. I stayed I a very wet rainy night, 2 large trucks from Texas parked in the compact car parking taking up more than their space which left no option to park there for other people. When I brought to the night clerk’s attention she said I will take care of it, next morning, still parked there so those of ours with compact cars had to park clear to the back of the lot and hike in the rain. I selected this Hilton property because I expect good customer service, but buyer be warned, they just don’t care.
