The staff was courteous but we were unhappy because the pools were not in service and that was one of the main reasons we booked so our kids could enjoy the indoor pool. The first day we went to the breakfast buffet, not enough was out nor coffee.

I was on vacation with my granddaughter, and she wanted to go swimming. I looked for a hotel with an indoor pool and indoor pool is listed on website. Upon arrival I was sadly disappointed to find out that pool was closed. I may have booked elsewhere if I would have known that the pool was closed. When we went to our room the room was still being cleaned and had to ask for another room. Parking is very limited and was shocked that there is a fee to park. We were able to enjoy a great breakfast with my granddaughter. Much room for improvement.

One disappointment was that the swimming pool had been closed due to inspections/tests. Also the breakfast time was so busy that there were not much food left when we got in the area. It looks like that there was only one person who did everything, including cooking, cleaning, preparation, etc... Overall our experience was good.

Hotel was well lit, rooms were clean, updated decor and amenities in rooms. Bathrooms were bright and showers with glass doors and subway tile. Walls are a little thin, as I could hear the room next to me through the adjoining door but overall a very well kept hotel in Santa Fe
