I didn’t like that the carpet is worn near the lobby. Like the carpet from the check in area to the elevators. Should take the carpet out and put pavers instead. The carpet looks extremely dirty. The furniture in the room was also old and worn.

Definitely not worth the price…. Paid 850$ for 3 nights. The room was old feeling. The furniture was all damaged, and the room was sooo far from the main part of the building so it was hard to take our luggage up and then back down at checkout. Also the cleaning people failed to remove all these little packets of something called “blue chew”? I was very grossed out after figuring out what they were

Nothing is unique wait time for security to open my safe was 30 minutes. Pool people were unhelpful. Cafe restaurant couldn’t find the host and the food was not cooked properly. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told that he was in a meeting (On a Saturday afternoon) Really. No housekeeping was good. No place to eat after 9 pm.

You have to drag your wheeled suitcases for half a mile down a plush carpeted hallway, take an elevator, and then wheel it another 75 meters to the room. There is no alternative. And as soon as we opened the door, we knew that the room had been occupied by a smoker. Probably sat on the patio with the door open. Bleach.

I like the decor, the swimming pool and spa. The restaurants and bar were extremely slow and pricy. Housekeeping kept the rooms and hallway clean. They should have a map of the hotel and whats available in each room or at the front desk.
