The lobby and main areas including the restaurant, bar and wine tasting room was impeccable. The location is perfect. Minutes to walk to most restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was slightly worn carpet with some stains...wood look laminate would have been better and there wasnt really heat per se. The room warmed up at night when we turned off the AC though.

great property with good staff and amenities However a full length mirror in the rooms should be a must and the lighting could be better too dim.The front desk staff is very helpful and go above and beyond.Shout out to Nicolas who was very helpful .

Beautiful hotel and room. However, our room was above banquet room and loud wedding all night long. No hot water for shower in the morning. We were looking forward to breakfast, but Restaraunt now only open for dinner. Have always stayed there for past 15 years, but hotel has gone down hill in the past few years. No longer worth the high hotel rate. Will look elsewhere next visit.

Friendly and helpful service from all the staff made our stay in Santa Fe very enjoyable. The room was small but well-appointed, making it quite comfortable. Very conveniently located, easy walking distance to all downtown points. Valet parking included. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

A perfect spot in Old Santa Fe

This beautiful hotel in the core of old Santa Fe is a historical building but is kept in perfect shape. The hotel is so clean, the staff very kind and the room was perfect. The history of the hotel is shown in photographs in the hallways near the guest rooms, and is amazing to review.

NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER, ROOM VERY SMALL, STUPID LAYOUT TO THE ROOM, NOWHERE TO PUT YOUR BELONGINGS, THE ORIGINAL WOOD FLOORS VERY NOISY AND GET SPLINTERS WALKING BAREFOOT, THEY SAY THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY, BUT THE ONLY PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PUP FOR POTTY BREAKS IS A LITTLE AREA A PLANTER AREA ACTUALLY NEXT TO THE SIDEWALK WHERE THE NUMEROUS LOCAL DRUG ADDICTS ALSO USE THE BATHROOM. NOT SAFE IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR PUP OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT FOR A POTTY BREAK, YOU MUGHT HAVE TO DEAL WITH A METH HEAD. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I have wanted to go to the St. Francis Hotel for some time and it did not disappoint! It was so nice to be centrally located during Indian Market- just a block from La Fonda hotel and all the chaos, yet in a much quieter corner of downtown. It was a super easy walk to Cafe Pasquale which is my new favorite restaurant in town! Rooms were very large and I loved the evening cookies at the front desk. Will definitely stay here again!
