Loved it but when issue brought up not honest...

Well, the staff and overall stay was very nice. However, I suffer from health injuries and I NEEDED a hotel with jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was out of service for 2 whole days maybe 3. I did not check the first day... I understand but when I called after (checking out was crowded and heading to the airport to catch flight) to see if there might be some compensation they denied having a jacuzzi out of order! The front desk said it had been open. Both my daughter and I saw the closed signs and checked and water was ice cold. Who does that?!! If they don't feel a compensation or refund is appropriate fine, but to say it was not closed? Really? After going up and down several times for several days to check... I am surprised and shocked but lesson learned: DO NOT ATTEMPT AFTER STAY to discuss conditions.

Good but not what we were expecting

The hotel is beautiful and was clean, but it's very old. Our room was clean, but nothing impressive. The bathroom could have used an upgrade. There was no ventilation and the shower looked dingy. A water pipe burst while we were there, resulting in brown water running from the tap and shower. It was resolved in a timely manner.

Some of the rooms need updating and might be considered “dingy,” but the property is very clean and common areas are well kept. Management was exceptionally helpful in making accommodations for a change in room and spa services were very nice.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Nice stay. Our original room had plumbing issues and the staff did not hesitate to move us to a new room. The finishes are starting to show wear but still nice. They accommodated charging our EV.

I like the location. We were able to walk to the Plaza, restaurants etc. Our room was nice. The bathroom has a tub with shower faucet. There are no grab bars. I had to ask for a mat for safety in the shower. The property charges $35 a day for a resort fee. I thought this was high.

Great location and staff. Room a bit outdated but got to see updated model room and I love it! Pool area and hot tub beautiful but tub foamed up and staff sprayed something to defoam. Nice bar and music. Great employees. Very kind and opened our wine so we could enjoy on our terrace. Will definitely come back.
