It was winter so we were using the wall heater, which was comfortable and quiet. Parking was very convenient, right next to our room. The room itself was clean and pleasant with a full closet. We will definitely stay here again if traveling through Santa Fe.

Room was clean, spacious closet. Floor under carpet had a board warping up in front of refrigerator creating a significant ridge which would be a hazard to someone unsteady on their feet.

Love it when an old motel is updated while keeping some of the unique original features. The bathroom update was very well done. Comfy bed. Lots of space. Parking in the shared alcoves is difficult with a large vehicle if someone else is parked, but parking in front of your unit is an option. The original wood doors were awesome. The area around the hotel is a bit rough looking, but we didn’t feel unsafe. Street noise lessened as the night went on.

Santa Fe King's Rest

The hotel is on a well traveled road in Santa Fe. I found it to be quiet and relaxing. The staff was courteous and kind. I would definitely try this place again.

The room was clean but the detergent and or dryer sheets used on the bedding was so strongly perfumed that I almost couldn't sleep it was burning my nose. And the window room A/C unit doesn't allow the window to open for fresh air. The A/C unit is very loud. The lights outside the front door is so bright that I had to wear eye mask to sleep. Over all I felt safe and the place was well maintained.

Nice stay. Not too noisy in the back. Parking covered along side your front door. No ice machine. Bed OK. TV guide extensive. Small room but cozy. Walking distance to the Pantry Restaurant.
