Don’t stay here.

The room smelled of smoke, because we’re smoking right outside our door. Missing light bulb in lamps trash everywhere outside. Graffiti. Broken ice machine. Breakfast was not good at all. Used bandages in the elevator. AND. THE DOOR LOCK DID NOT WORK.

The general material parts of the property were very under maintained. The outlets were loose, door was curved so there was a gap for the outside atmosphere and bugs to come in, and the a/c interior was moldy and dusty.

This La Quinta establishment is old. It's like a 1980's style old building. It's a step up from Motel 6 as the room was clean and spacious however there was obvious wear and tear throughout the room. One huge thing was our door would not close all the way and lock. We also had a random person knocking on the door at 3am and after we answered thru the door he left. So it is in a sketchy part of Santa Fe. I won't be staying here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Got a text saying if you need anything text back to this number and so we did. We needed more pillows and our phone did t work so I texted to that number and never did hear back. Other than that it was clean, nice, breakfast was good. We will stay here again.

Rooms are nice the outside is a little rough I think because of the snow. There is a Applebees next door for take out. The steak potatoes and broccoli was great!

Business hotel trip problem!

The room smelled musty and the beds were comfy. After a hard days work we were headed back to our room and we could not get in and had to drive over to the office to get a key, and this was late at night after midnight.

Staff was terrible, was not acknowledged when walked into lobby, was ignored until I said I has a reservation, could not check me in so I went and had supper came back still had issues but gave me a room which was OCCUPIED I walked in on a gentlemen, at this point I was totally frustrated went back to the front desk (keep in mind my husband had knee surgery and could barely walk I left him outside the occupied room until we could get a new one). The front desk was combative like it was my fault. The bed had hair on the turned down sheets at this point I just slept on top of the sheets, I was just done with the whole experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the hotel, but rather the owners that my family and I had issues with. My family and I shared a king suite. The room was nice, however the sofa sleeper couch was full of stains and I was weary to even touch it or sit on it at times. Once the bed was pulled out, it was found there were no sheets anywhere for it. The house keeping room happened to be next door and their door was slightly ajar. I proceeded to knock on the door. The woman who answered the door literally looked at me up and down, and simply said, “Yeah?”. I explained there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper and she simply directed me to the office to get what I needed. I went to the office and was assured that someone would bring something. 30-45 mins later I was still left with no bedding. Another one of my family member’s went to the front desk asking about our request. The person manning the desk seemed “shocked” that no one had brought the items we requested and, again insured we would get what we requested. About 10mins later, staff knocked at the door. When I opened it, there was an older gentleman standing at the door and he all but shoved the bedding into my hands, barely making any eye contact with me and simply walked off. Our door also had to be serviced with a new deadbolt replaced. Also, the vending machine rooms were not in service, along with any ice machines. There were 3 locations and none worked at the time. We had to purchase our own ice to keep most of our items cold.
