The place was nice. Check in was no problem. Was very pleased with the continental breakfast. The Wi-Fi and tv service was great. Just that they have poor communication with their housekeeping. I stayed there for 4 nights from Wednesday to Sunday morning check out for an art show. I requested clean towels, more toilet paper and trash disposal, was told they would stop by but hours passed so I had to go look for them. Then on Saturday when I left the room for the day I requested housekeeping to clean up the room with bedding to be changed the attendant at the front took my request. When I returned to my room at 6:00 pm. My bedding wasn’t even changed…my beds were not even made. I know the routine if something is left on the beds they won’t touch it, but nothing was left on there because I knew I wanted it changed. Tried calling down to front desk to complain. All they could tell was that housekeeping already left the day. So again I slept in dirty bedding. They said management would be available the next day but I checked out at 7:00 am already and just left it. By then I was calm and not upset. Better communication with housekeeping is a need.
The front desk staff were great.
The entry door to our room had been broken. It would not close properly and you could see daylight all around it. The noise was ridiculous. Not a good experience at all.
We needed an accessible room as my husband is handicapped. The bathroom was absolutely the best - with a roll in shower and plenty of room. However - the room had two beds and very little room to even open the bathroom door. Maneuvering through the room was difficult for all - but especially for him with his rollator.
The breakfast was great and the people were nice - just wish the accessible part of the room had extended past the bathroom.
I’ve taken to adding the phrase “lacking in” front of the title Quality Inn. This hotel was so bad it convinced me to never stay at another lacking in Quality Inn. Small! I mean the absolutely tiniest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! I think the parking spot my car was in was roomier. Barely room to turn around. The only good thing about it is that it was walking distance to Olive Garden. Breakfast was ok.

Very average place. Staff first sent us to a room that was not ready and cleaned. Wouldn't give us a double bed room on the quiet side of motel by pool without charging $20 more after the inconvenience of having to go back and check in again.
All was as well as expected in context of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Exceptions were too much loud traffic as its right off a main road and a very dirty air filter. Recommend better noise reduction efforts and more frequent filter changes. The air conditioning pressure was weak possibly because of filter conditions. Breakfast hospitality was great with the exception of juices which are extremely watered down. Consider these areas and I’d rate excellent all around.
