We stay 4 days 3 nights and never get to eat breakfast because there’s nothing to eat.no eggs!!No breakfast sandwich!!No coffee,No waffles. For 3 mornings around 8:30 am. Very disappointed.

There was an actual live cockroach in the first room I was given! The front desk agent was nice and offered me another room. The second room had no AC and was this unbearably hot and smelled terrible. I accepted the third room out of lack of options and time to find another hotel but I will not be staying here again.

Great Hotel for Traveling

I stayed at Ramada, Santa Fe, on August 25th, 2025, to catch a flight the next morning in Albuquerque. The check in was easy, and had zero issues. The parking lot is small if you want to park at the front of the building, but there are spaces in the back but more of a walk with your bags. There is a workout room, its pretty basic but good enough to get a workout in. A coffee marker in the room is plus, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a good location with plenty of dining options in the area.

We stayed four nights; there was zero maid service so by the time we checked out, the waste baskets were full and towels used. Breakfast was skimpy and each day there was less (e.g. orange juice, apple juice was out for 2 days, no butter for toast, no hard boiled eggs for 2 days). What the hotel ran out of it did not replace the next day.

There really wasn't a breakfast available. An hour after the start time, 7am, all the food was out except, yogurt and tea. Management knows how many people are there, so PLAN ahead, or run to the grocery store!

Bad maintenance and dirty

Two visits in back to back weekends. Rooms were not clean. Elevator was filthy beds were hard. Air conditioner noisy and not cooling. We gave it a second chance as we believe every buisness has an off day. We will book a different hotel next time we visit our grandchildren.

There wasn't a welcome gift. It wasn't clear that there would be a $100 deposit taken at check-in. We were there 2 weekends in a row. The elevator was filthy with the same dirty spots both visits, the air-conditioner was not working in room 221 and was very loud. It was late and we were tired so I didn't complain until morning. Hard beds.

Each room stank, the carpets were one step away from being DIRT. Ice machines that were disabled, stick2y tables for breakfast, understaffed. Staff was very kind. Homeless in the parking lot-, a guy laying in the sidewalk to our door, shirtless, drinking and chatting on his cell phone. Unsafe.
