Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but our T.V. didn’t work, we only had one power outlet and that didn’t work (couldn’t conveniently charge our devices)… and the evening desk staff didn’t seem to care. We reported things again in the morning and they all seemed surprised there was an issue. Breakfast was decent and plentiful.

There was no running water when we got in to our room. We weren’t told they had to turn it off due to an emergency even though we had just been at the front desk checking in. The bed frame made a loud noise every time you sat down or stood up.

Cozy little spot in Santa Fe. My room was very clean perfect spot right in the middle of downtown. The breakfast there was immaculate couldn’t believe everything they offered. And he can’t beat the price.. also I felt very safe. Staff was very friendly.

Staff at front desk totally inexperienced I was charged $110 at check in after already having paid Expedia for my stay They had no idea what they were doing on their Computors None After a lengthy confrontation they admitted I’d already paid and said it was fine Bear in mind I had trued to change reservation day before and told it was unchangeable as I’d paid in advance Then when I got there they charged $110 Nobody knew why Finally I was told it was all done the charge was reversed Then today I see they additionally charged $15 Without consent
