I thought the hotel was nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. What I absolutely did not like was having to pay $80 dollars upfront; $50 deposit, which you can get back, and $30 for breakfast, parking, and a pool.

Very nice motel with a great little restaurant/bar. Fantastic value especially given the location, which is close to everything Santa Fe has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, nothing special

The property is undergoing construction, so it’s not attractive and pretty messy looking right now. The stay was fine for one night, but over-priced for the experience, the lack of amenities and the age of the rooms. The bathrooms need a complete overhaul. The breakfast was very basic and attached restaurant only served dinner. Luckily there is plenty of great food in Santa Fe.

Major Disappointment

After skipping out room for daily maid service, they required us to go through driving rain to get towels from the front desk. Lot’s of construction and trash.

A decent stay with many issues that could easily be fixed. First I called ahead to ask about early check in and was told to come any time after 12pm, but when I arrived around 2pm the woman at the front desk was extremely dismissive and rude about checking in early. It was a different person from who I spoke to on the phone, but I’m not sure why that would have made such a difference and then she was unable to say what time we could come back to actually check in. The cleaners did not come in our room once during our three day stay, we ran out of toilet paper and our towels were overused at this point. We were also charged $15 per day for wifi which did not even work properly and disconnected from both of our phones multiple times. There was minimal service in the area so had we needed service for work or anything important we would have been in trouble. Overall very much a 3 star property at best, could be much better if things were fixed and ran smoother.

Best to avoid this one

The room was nice enough, bed comfortable, breakfast was very good and service at breakfast very good. However none of the air worked in room, plumbing terrible, tub very slow to drain and very noisy. Service checking in and at their bar/restaurant was terrible.

Clean Basic Hotel

Clean, basic hotel. Close to railyard. Walkable to plaza but far enough away that the price is reasonable. Simple breakfast included. Construction while I was visiting.
