No coffee in rooms!

We were informed that they no longer have coffee makers in the rooms and that there would not be any coffee in the lobby - only in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. We had an early flight. So we bought coffee at a Starbucks the night before and heated it in the morning. Ridiculous.

Good experience. The only issue was with the key cards to access the room. The cards had to be reactivated twice. I couldn’t tell if it was the cards or the card reader on the room door. Room 309. Other than that, a very pleasant stay. Your desk clerks were very friendly and professional. Clean and comfortable accommodations.

The property has a nice breakfast, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. The pool is maybe 15 feet by 12 feet, and the hot tub water is green and looks dirty. At night, there are street racers that kept us up until 1 and 2am. The breakfast room smells like trash, especially by the coffee. We went outside to eat and had to rearrange the dirty patio each morning. Because the pool was so small, only one family could be in it at a time. So, we sat in the chairs by the pool. The trash was overflowing and wreaked like old tuna. We left immediately. If they cleaned things up more and mitigated the racing, it would be a far more pleasant experience.

Location is a particular one, at the end of Cerrillos. Good value with a pool. Parking is constrained. I'd like to see water available for customers in the lobby.

I really did enjoy staying at this property. It did have all the comforts of home and the property team was very kind. It was the best bang for my buck considering the price for other places I could’ve chosen in Santa Fe. It is a slight bit older property, but it was cozy and welcoming. I recommend this property over the others.
