First staff encounter wasn’t that great- condescending. BUT, we went back in to see if we could switch rooms and the Second lady was really nice and helpful. Property is nice and the location is wonderful.

No pillows in the room when we arrived. No shampoo in the shower and stood there in shower waiting for them to deliver it so one of my husband could give it to me. Shampoo never arrived. Then they charged me $29.00 extra dollars for what no sure. They will be getting a phone call. I will never stay there again.

Gave us a room that required us to go up stairs. We had a huge amount of bags and luggage to carry and asked if we could get a room where we could roll the luggage cart to the room but told no. Also was not told hot tub was not working.

Very clean older but nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.Loved the balcony views of the mountains and getting to sit out and enjoy the evenings. Pool was very nice.

Nice property years ago but overpriced for its condition. Poor lighting in room. No power or usb plugins at night stand. Everyone has that nowadays. Resort fee for what? Plenty of parking so it’s just a way to add $25 per night. Poor quality entry door. Haven’t seen the cable format in years. Didn’t have golf channel. Watched a scroll with channels and subject. Won’t stay again. And couldn’t get WiFi in my room.

This is a clean, no-frills hotel within a short drive to the historic area of Santa Fe and surrounding museums and attractions. The rooms are clean but dated in appearance and functionality. They are not well lit; even with every lamp and overhead light on, it was dim in the evenings. During my stay, the pool and laundry area were closed for renovation. I'd check with the property if these are important because they are listed as amenities. Overall, it was fine, especially since I was out and about most of the day and needed a comfortable, clean place to sleep.

A very “Santa Fe” property. Clean, very quiet with Adobe buildings. Neat rooms with a rustic southwest theme There some maintenance projects on going but did not seem to get in my way.
