Santa Margherita Vacation Packages

The room was comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and the view from the outdoor terrace was beautiful. We would stay here again.

The hotel could do with a refresh for a four star hotel. It’s a bit battered around the edges. However, it is clean and the staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast was good.

We booked a room in June for a September 3-night stay. When we arrived at the hotel I was told there were no rooms available. I was redirected to stay at another hotel 15 minutes away. We met another couple who had the same experience. We believe they overbooked but did not tell either couple that this was the case. Very inconvenient, to say the least. The only redemption was that they offered us a free dinner and spa access after we sent a complaint to Hotels.com. They did not extend this offer to the other couple who were also sent away (probably because they hadn't booked through Hotels.com and did not send a complaint).

Wonderful staff especially the chef. The room was clean and bed made up between nights. Towels not replaced. The meals were excellent and reasonably priced. The chef worked very hard to make our stay wonderful. She was not only chef, but desk manager and waiter.

Amazing place! Super nice and helpful host, wonderful breakfast

This hotel was renovated a few years ago and certainly kept the ambiance with a lovely palazzo with flowers trees and seating. It is very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast courtyard is lovely giving a true feeling of being in Sicily. The restaurant has a great menu and chef. We enjoyed a lunch and dinner. Giuseppe was our great maître d’. The room and bathroom was well appointed with all accessories. The front desk was very helpful We loved this hidden hotel.
