This is a gorgeous and very clean hotel. The staff is exceptionally attentive! I have never felt so pampered. Breakfast was delicious. Very family friendly! We will be back.

オアハカに魅せられたひとりです。オアハカ訪問の目的の一つは、こちらへの宿泊と食事です。今回で5回目くらいの訪問で、ここ近年で宿泊料金はそれなりに高くなったなと思いますが（日本の為替状況の影響もありますが）、雰囲気やサービスを考えれば価値があります。 部屋の落ち着いた佇まい（それほど部屋は広くないです。修道院の雰囲気そのままなので広さや明るさを求める方には向かないかもしれません）、庭の美しさ、スタッフの方々全員がフレンドリーかつ丁寧で、食事がおいしく、どれをとっても５つ星まちがいないホテルです。立地も、サントドミンゴ教会から徒歩3分程度、ソカロからも徒歩でお散歩するのにちょうどよい距離です。 庭に面したテラスで取る朝食は満足度が高いです。夕食ではモレをいただきました。わたしにとっては世界一のモレです。 唯一難点だと感じるのは、シャワーです。天井備え付けタイプで水圧が弱く、水の出る穴の数が少なく方向がまちまちなので十分に浴びることができず、洗髪も時間がかかります。可動式のシャワーにかわると良いなと思います。また、冷蔵庫がないのもちょっと不便に感じました。ですが、こんな２点は取るに足らない難点だと思えるほど、素晴らしいホテルです。

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, our room was very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we had a good stay, but we likely wouldn't return because several of the advertised amenities (which were a major reason we booked this hotel) were not actually available. We stayed for three nights and were never able to use the hot tub because it was colder than the pool. After mentioning it to staff, I was told to let them know the next morning and that it would be ready by that evening. Unfortunately, that never happened. The complimentary shuttle was another disappointment. It was advertised as an amenity, but every time we requested it, we were told the driver wasn't available. The only solution offered was to call us a taxi. After expressing that this wasn't acceptable given the advertised service, the hotel agreed to cover one taxi fare. Since the hotel further out from the Centro, this made for quite a bit of unexpected transportation expenses. I also left feeling that asking questions or bringing up concerns was more of an inconvenience to staff than something they genuinely wanted to help resolve. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand that unexpected issues happen. What matters is how they're handled. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more proactive communication, follow-through, and service. While there were certainly positives, the unavailable amenities and lack of resolution ultimately made the stay not worth the price.

Our stay was absolutely excellent! From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded every expectation. The staff made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel, with incredible attention to detail and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout to Walter, who truly went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. If you’re looking for a hotel that delivers a true five-star experience, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service. The people in the hotel were very helpful.

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel. We loved everything about the lobby and our room. The staff are also very friendly- especially Jose! The only thing that kept us from rating this hotel 5 starts was our check-in experience. There is no elevator, and Jose wasn't working at the time. The only person on duty was a very young woman who could not help us with our bags. So, I had to carry 4 very heavy bags up the stairs by myself. Jose was available in the morning to help us when we left.
