Stayed four nights in the hotel, had a room on the older side of the hotel. The older side is definitely worn down and triggered my asthma. Unfortunately could not switch rooms to the newer side. Only two windows opened up in the room to help.

Clean and bright room - no microwave and mini refrigerator door was not sealing properly. Bad smell in the hallway before entering in the elevator on the first day but second day the bad smell was gone. I liked the decorations

Love this hotel! Everything was great. We stayed in the oldest section and loved the history. Room was comfortable and quiet. The plumbing is old and the hallways smelled while we were there. We were told they are addressing the issues and should improve in the near future. We will definitely stay again!

Great value

Very clean room, friendly service, and not too expensive. The location isn't remarkable, but the hotel has been there since 1917, so I'm sure most everything around it has changed

Property is filthy and has a stench. Cobwebs on the top of the check in counter for starters. A dank smell permeates through the property. The reception staff need a lesson in customer service.
