Beautiful historic hotel. Stayed in the towers. Been there many times visiting family. I've gone on October, they decorate the bottle beautifully went on December and it was decorated for Christmas, just beautiful. Rooms are large and clean. Staff was great.

The location is very good for Santa Maria and the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable but it is dated, definitely needs a good renovation. The room was overall clean but there were some visible, although minimal, spiderwebs on the sprinklers, it has tall ceilings and maybe they can't get to them??

it took 45 min for the hot water to cycle through to my room. got in late after midnight, then the mini refrigerator every 30 min when it turned on it made an annoying sound throughout the night, did not sleep well. was unable to unplug it.
