Nice boutique style motel. Good value if you just need somewhere quiet and clean. Manager are attentive and follows up. Ample gated parking, boutique style furnishing and good use of lighting (lighted body mirror, bed, auto night light, lighted bathroom mirror, bed lights, nice clothestand (with hanger, steamer), keurig coffee, LCD TV, adjusted thermostat for AC/heat, see through small fridge, shower/tub, movable showerhead, foldable seat for elderlies, walled USB, outlets and feature other nice accoutrements.

A hidden gem

The Hotel Avanti is a beautifully updated hidden gem. From the exterior it may not seem like much, but once you step inside a room you are greeted with a tastefully designed room that feels luxurious and inviting. I would absolutely recommend you stay here

The hotel has had some recent updates and is in great condition with the new added features like well lite rooms and very cleaver nice decorations. The manager on site was really customer service oriented. Exceptional experience for such town experience.

Great Stay

Avanti hotel is definitely a great place to stay. It’s giving motel style but way higher standards and upscale rooms. Sharath was amazing . He tended to my every need in a polite and professional manner. He is a great manager. Thanks for being a safe place to stay especially as a solo traveler . I was there for 3 nights .
