Great for 1 night stay

Newly renovated. 1 night stay. Perfect for a 1 night softball tournament stay. Food trucks, restaurants and convenience store nearby. Too bad they didn’t restore the pool to have something to do at the hotel. Need a patio or welcoming outdoor space to relax.

Really nice hotel for an affordable price. The room was comfortable, clean, modern and quiet. The staff was very friendly too. I'd only suggest more racks and hangers in the closet and a dresser. A microwave in the lobby would be nice too. Thank you Hotel Avanti!

*This was my personal experience* Positive: overall there was nothing really wrong with the hotel. It was one of the nicer ones in an older area. Newly renovated, easy check in. Negative: -wifi was awful. I couldn't get a good connection all weekend. -There was a motion sensor light under the bed that could not be deactivated (lit up the whole room and woke up everyone else if one person had to get up during the night). -Shower water would not get hot. Bathroom door was a sliding door that had gaps between the door and the wall. -Room was advertised as soundproof, but we heard loud/ emergency vehicles every time they passed by. -No vending or ice machines (that I saw). Overall, it was difficult to stay in this room all weekend because it was me, my wife and our 6 month old son. There were just too many things that woke us up throughout the night. Maybe we just had a fluke experience, but based on the one we had, I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Excellent customer service

Was in town for two nights and needed a reasonably priced hotel. Avanti has been recently renovated all the room look brand new (Jul-2025). I arrived and super-fast & easy check in go the room key and dropped my stuff and left. We had room on first/bottom floor, and it was a little noisy from above we also faced some issue with the exhaust fan in the bathroom, so I ask to get a different room for the second night, and the front desk manager did arrange for that. The second night was very comfortable, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone that plans to visit Santa Maria Valley and need a place to stay. Thansk!

A family of four we stayed overnight en route to LA. The hotel/room exceeded our expectations, such comfortable beds, nice and modern, perfectly clean. Our teenage boys, 16 and 14 had the bunkbeds which were a good size, comfortable and fabulous in that they were in a separate area, partitioned off with a sliding door, which gave us all some privacy. Perfect for our short stay :)

Newly renovated hotel very very nice! I’m very surprised at how modern and clean this was! The area is very ghetto and a bit sketchy so if your a single women or a group of girls or a family I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the area but for me it was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Very updated hotel for the area. Plenty of parking. Fireworks going off late at night. Otherwise area is quiet with usual cars as hotel is on a busy street. Staff was great, housekeeping was offered.
