We had lot of problems during the stay. The room they initially gave us had a bad smell. So we asked for a second room. That room also had a bad smell. They told us there were no other rooms to available to give us. It smelled like sewage. During our 3 day stay, the room service came only once although we asked them multiple times. They came at night while we were resting in the room so we had to go downstairs to the lobby. AC was not working. So we informed the front desk. They said they will send someone. No one came, no fix was made. It was extremely hot during our stay. The water pressure is very low. The toilet takes almost 5 minutes to refill so you have to wait a long time to flush again. Very inconvenient. The wi-fi was extremely slow. We could not even check our emails. TV remote was not functioning which we reported. But, the front desk never did anything to get us a new remote. We were promised a safe when we booked the room. It was not working. They said they cannot fixed it until 1 week later. So, we had to take our passports and cash with us every where we went. Lastly, the restaurant was full of flies and other critters. They put plastic covers on food, but these flies/critters get inside. Overall, very poor quality hotels. I would not stay there again. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in.
