The property is extremely rundown. The rooms are very dirty from being so old. Poor condition of the plaster had made black mold grow and the room smells badly from it. When we checked in we were told we have breakfast included but then after we ate they presented us with a bill for 600pesos. Thankful we only booked for one night. I would not recommend this property.

Well cared for property

I stayed at this property 8 years ago, and was not disappointed this time around. The property is maintained well, the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and not issues with WiFi or hot water. I would perhaps skip the breakfast option next time, as there are better restaurants in the area for breakfast and brunch. The hotel has access to a small beach club a few KM down the road, not ideal, but they offer great food and prices were reasonable. Overall a very good experience.

Smaller hotel. Breakfast is great. Staff are very nice. i had requested a lower floor room around the pool, but did not get one even though there were at least 3 of these rooms vacant for 3 days in a row. Good location, can walk to Santa Cruz and into town. No lunch specials any more and food prices have gone up considerably from 2 years ago.

I enjoyed my stay here. The beds are comfortable and I was not overwhelmed by the obnoxious smell of sheets and bedding at most hotels in Mexico. I had a late lunch here and the breakfast buffet and 10/10 for both. I loved Bar Tabachines at night. The music was groovy and I got to play pool. The house margaritas are top notch.

This is a great property...... many Canadian people stay here..... They all come back year after year. Everything is right there.... Beach club on santa cruz Beach with a shuttle that we could never manage to catch.... we just took a cab for 35 pesos instead. Very fun place to stay. Would highly recommend.
