Hotel claimed they had no record of the booking and no relationship with Hotels.com. Extremely rude. I had to find somewhere else to stay.

Tu arriver à l’hôtel et l’hôtel te dit qu’ils ne travaillent pas avec Ebookers Du coup tu te retrouve sous la pluie à dormir dehors car impossible de trouver un hôtel vue que tout dans la ville était complet. Merci ebookers

Infortunada reserva
Muy mal, hicimos la reserva para este hotel pero cuando llegamos no había disponibilidad, nuestra reserva no apareció nunca, la encargada dijo enfáticamente que el hotel no trabaja con hoteles.com pero el hotel tampoco ha hecho nada para solucionar el problema. Perdimos mucho tiempo, el dinero que aún no nos reembolsan y la incomodidad de salir a media noche a buscar donde dormir. Encontramos varios extranjeros y nacionales con el mismo problema
