Room 226, we called them 2 times for the AC not working properly. The filters are really bad ,need to be replaced and there is a issue with AC and it's not working in the night.

We chose this hotel for our vacation and were very disappointed. We checked in on 8/2/2025, an hour earlier than the check-in time of 4:00 p.m., and were told our room wasn't ready. Not even 5 minutes had gone by, and suddenly, our room was ready. We go to our room, and I go to use the restroom, and it smells like pee. There is even a dry pee line going down the front bottom of the toilet. As I went to lie on the bed, I saw a hair on the pillow. I decided to check the entire bed, and lo and behold, there were more hairs on the sheets and way down inside the bedsheets as well. I called the front desk and told them our room had not been cleaned. I asked to speak to the manager, and the FD Supervisor said the manager was not in and would not be in until Monday. I spoke to the manager on Tuesday, and she apologized and said she would give me a 15% - 20% discount on our next visit. She said that she couldn't give me a discount for my stay because it was prepaid through a third-party app, which was Travelocity. My husband and I talked and thought that maybe we could get a free one-night stay to have another good weather day at the beach. It was raining, and the water had been full of seagrass for our entire stay except for the day before we were going to leave and the next day as well, according to the news. The manager would only give us a 15% discount on one night's stay and we would still have to pay an extra $200. So disappointed in the efforts to right a wrong.

Too far to walk to the beach. Upselling on the beach club membership for $80/day for the duration of the stay. Otherwise nose for an extended stay property

Great location of convenience. Super friendly and helpful staff. The entire property was well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable and we like to keep our room cold which is usually not possible but we were frosty from the steaming heat outside. Everything you need is within walking distance. Get the beach package! You will NOT regret it. Amazing!

Lovely hotel that had everything we needed for a short beach stay. Having a kitchenette was key. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The natural wood work throughout, and decor was very aesthetically pleasing. Very comfortable bed. Loved having a small kitchen area in room. Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly and happy to help with anything. Definitely would stay again if ever in the area!!!

Great location between Alys beach and watercolor neighborhood. The property seems brand new and is very nice and clean. Only small complaint is you will hear guests above you if not on top floor. Staff was pleasant and helpful. There are a few choices for food and beverages in the plaza which the hotel sits so no driving required. Overall this is a great spot!

Almost ideal

Beautiful buildings and quant shops around the establishment. Negative is that it is a half mile walk to beach access or a drive to public access.
