This hotel was great. Obviously when looking for a place to stay I’m always looking for something that’s affordable, but also with good attention. This place exceeded those expectations, they offer a restaurant on the property, which was very convenient. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The room itself was beautiful, it felt like we were staying in a medieval room. The hotel is located in a corner, it is quiet you don’t hear so much noise unless you’re in the bathroom. Overall, if you’re looking somewhere affordable, good quality, clean, and quiet I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was EVERYTHING!!! Stunning everywhere you looked! The food was the best i had in all of Guatemala! Very Romantic atmosphere! The drinks were delicious & it was located right in the heart of downtown Antigua!

I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back.

So grateful for the air conditioner!!!! Everything was great!

What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!

En check in y check out es muy lento, colas interminables
