Our room was clean and it was quiet. However, there were mosquitoes in the room, and I woke up with several bites. I also overheard another guest complaining that their room was full of mosquitoes when I was checking in and they were handed a can of bug spray.

The pool was truly gross. It was so dirty the bottom was slimy and you could visably see the dirt. I didn't go in when I saw it, i heard about the bottom from someone with me who was in the pool and I could see the dirt float away from his feet when he took steps. The bedding has.the appearance of luxury in the way they make the beds, but the sheets aren't comfortable. Don't be fooled by the marketing photos, this is a motel. The people working at the front desk were very nice though! This is overall more of a $100/night motel at best. With mandatory hideen fees it came out to $179/night.

The Best Western in Santa Rosa is amazing! We had a great experience and we’re surprised by how clean and renovated it is. The lobby was clean and the free breakfast was truly the best I’ve ever had! Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet!
