Room was clean. No frills stay. Easy check in. For me, room has a wall unit ac/heater but the lights on the unit are too bright for me at night time. Prefer a darker room. Otherwise no complaints

When I checked in, the lady at the desk announced my room number out loud, even though there was a male customer standing behind behind me. I asked her about a different room, where she did not advertise my room number, and she tried to reassure me that it would be OK. Typically, women traveling alone. Their number should not be verbalized, but just pointed out on the key card.

This place was horrible. The room was clean and well maintained. The property manager is an abusive lunatic. He repeatedly called my room to collect the $30 pet fee. It was 10:30 at night on a Sunday and I had no ability to contact my bank until the next morning. When I didn’t have another method of payment he screamed at me and said he was going to call the cops on me.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, but it was very high and I am short. It was not easy getting on the bed!! Sheets and towels all clean, but the remote control for the tv was disgusting. There was so much grunge on it I was tempted to ask the office for a toothbrush and some bleach. Some places have those simple remotes and mention how the remotes are sanitized. The remote at this location was one of the types of remotes like you would have at home with all kinds of buttons that are opportunities to accumulate gunk. I may seem like I'm ranting, but I can't explain how bad it was. A quick swipe by daily cleaning staff would not work. I actually did try to clean it, but would have needed a brush to get in all the crevices. Breakfast was ok.

We had some mix-up with the payment, but they have been very attentive to straighten things out. I give them 5 stars for this. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pictures of the breakfast that is posted is pre-pandemic and there was no juice out, nor fresh fruit, nor drinking water available with the breakfast…therefore the 4 stars.
