Everything excellent except to two things. First in the carpet close to bed has a big red spot like blood . Second they have children swimming lesson on Sunday morning. We Could not enjoy the swimming pool 😔 The customer service did not tell us about that. We was surprise for that.

Lovely location. Great staff

The room and the hotel were clean, bright and friendly. The front desk manager went out of her way to make sure we had our confirmed reservation and a good room.

I found a TICK in my hair the morning after my stay. I had showered that night before bed and I'm mortified. I have several illnesses that I could get very sick from if I developed Lymes Disease. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was fine, although the front desk staff was neither very friendly or informative. I may be suffering from PTSD because we had to shelter there during the 2020 fires...:( I really appreciated the hotel shuttle to the airport.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for resting after a long day. The location is excellent, with easy access to points of interest and dining areas. Additionally, the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, ideal for relaxing. The included breakfast was a nice touch, with a good variety of quality options. In summary, a highly recommended hotel if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant place to stay.
