Fun Hotel in Great Area

This was a cute boutique hotel in a revitalizing area of Santa Rosa. Staff were the most friendly I have ever encountered. Valet was super helpful and quick. The room was a bit small, but since I was solo, it was perfectly fine for me. There were a couple of cleanliness/upkeep issues, but nothing drastic. I did try to clean the dirty remote better and the coffee maker could use a cleaning as well, but the overall room was clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet. And the area was full of walkable places to eat and shop. Would stay again for sure!

Best Place to Stay

I will always choose this hotel when visiting the area from here on out. It’s is in the best location, super cute hotel, amazing staff and the rooms are so clean and nice. There are several great restaurants within a very short walking distance which is a huge plus and there’s a cute little bar in the lobby that added a nice welcome surprise (I needed wine after a long day!). I travel a lot for work, which is what brought me here. It’s such a great spot, I would come back for pleasure.

Hotel was much better than unexpected for the price we paid. Cute decor. Rooms were very clean. Good grab and go breakfast. Staff was friendly. Located in a bustling area that had lots of neat shops, but streets a little dirty and there were homeless people sleeping in the square.

This property has many options within walking distance for dinning and shopping. The staff is so helpful. The rooms have lots of charm and are always very clean. This is our favorite hotel in Santa Rosa.

Have never heard of this hotel, but with the reviews and the reasonable price, I said yes while my partner wasn't so sure. He was more impressed than me and he has a high expectation. The staff were exceptional from the valet to the frint desk and they loved are little dog. Very pet friendly especially since he us a service dog. I later daw a Shepard and he person enjoying evening with thise oartaking in the wine tasting sponsored by a local vineyard. Restaurants are within minut4s of the lobby. Self parking is a challenge. Their are a few homeless, less than other Bay Area cities for sure - and not as aggressive. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will be back as it's only a couple of hours away.
