Stayed for 1 night in historic room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room furnishings could use some love. Furniture polish and updated couch pillows or even better none at all.. stay was quiet and safe. I will say again but next time i will stay in a non historic room.

Love staying here whenever I come back to Santa Rosa! Is easy, charming, comfortable and Alison at the front desk is lovely and so helpful!!! The restaurant onsite (Grossmans) is awesome!

The hotel overall was quaint and the staff was helpful. The room we were given was not up to the expectations we had based on our previous stays. The dark curtain did not cover the top of the window, and the slanted ceiling resulted in some head-bumping. Trucks picking up the trash bins early in the morning were loud.

Big, clean room. Love the historic vibe. Really nice and friendly staff when checking in. Area is mixed, nice historical area but also some homeless people nearby. Wasn’t an issue for us but might turn off some people. Would definitely stay again.
