Very nice place! The breakfast was very good, but not included. Just surprised they did not have a restaurant for dinner. You could get food at the bar and by the pool, which was pretty casual. Staff were very nice!

Asked if we could have a later (one hour) check out and was told there would be a fee. Will not stay here again- it doesn't feel like any other Hyatt regency and would recommend avoiding

Mediocre experience with ok rooms.

We had a mediocre experience at the hotel. At first glance everything looked ok and clean. But soon we had an issue with ants and the the sink wouldn’t drain properly. That evening, our courtyard facing room was so loud (music and people), so we had to she earplugs. Them concierge told us this would go on until 11pm. The next morning, we were given the option of a new room which we took. The new room was quieter but it has clearly not been inspected. There was no bottled water like the other room and only one trash can for the whole room. It was just a really mediocre experience and we will not be returning.

Our second time staying here and unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the freeway. However I was very disappointed with the lack of cleaning service. We were gone from our room all day and was expecting the room to have been cleaned. I walked down to the front desk to asked for some coffee and fresh towels and asked the front desk why our room wasn’t cleaned and she responded by saying they give priority to the rooms that are being checked out rather than the rooms that will be used for multiple nights. For the rate I was charged I feel as all rooms should be cleaned or at least be given fresh towels. At the very least they could have told me during check in that our room may not have cleaning service and I would have been fine. Dining at the hotel restaurant is also nonexistent as both times I’ve stayed here the restaurant was not available. Nice place to stay but expect these services not to be available to you. Not sure I will stay here again next year.

The food in the hotel (bar menu only available) was expensive and poor quality. The restaurant that serves only breakfast was very limited and suites hotel type of steam tray food. The shower head did not work and it was noisy in the courtyard below at night.

Sheets & comforter were not soft, they were ruff. Pillow was flat. Not enough lighting in room. The cabinet where you set suite case & hung clothes had very little light. Needed more light in room. Nite Stands cute but not big enough, lamps too big on stand. Not enough room to set things on. Shower was nice. Toilet paper very rough. Need softer toilet paper.

Solid hotel with the quintessential/classic Hyatt Regency feel you’d expect. Friendly staff, clean facilities and rooms, and a great location. The only demerit I have is the noise. Its proximity to the freeway means you hear traffic when lounging around the pool or if your windows are open (but rooms were very quiet with windows shut). Could’ve been our area but the hallway was a touch noisy. Aside from that, we had a great stay and will return again.
