My reason for the 3 was there were live bugs crawling around the sink area. Front desk folks were pleasant and kind. After a long day of driving it was just what I needed. The breakfast waffles were awesome!

So the ice machine was broken, had to back 3 different times to get a key to get in our room, lobby was supposed to be maintained 24 hours, was not. Only saving grace in my opinion was the young man that checked me in, had a GREAT attitude . If ever back, I will definitely choose a different hotel or location

It was a great deal for night. The room was clean. The drywall in the bathroom had dents and was missing trim. The shower handle was coming off the wall, but still worked. The air condition worked well. The continental breakfast was fresh waffles, toast, billed eggs, fruit juice, strong coffee, oatmeal, bagels and other simple breakfast items. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The first room we were given smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The manager switched rooms for us but it was dingy and pillows were dirty. The toilet had a flusher that was just about to break. We couldn't stay there. We left.
