We had one room that the shower did not work at all. The hotel staff was not friendly or helpful about it. They would not consider any type of refund since we booked through expedia/third party. I am not sure how any hotel can charge you the full rate on a room without having a working shower. Would never stay there again.

Was a good stay. A/C Heat unit would not keep the fan running for constant noise by a busy street. Hot and cool all night. But would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting smell in our, “pet friendly” room reeked of pet odors and strong urine. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk asked me for $15 cash only payment for the pet room I had booked. Pretty sure it was a scam, since it couldn’t be added onto my bill or paid by credit/ debit card. But she did know where the ATM was that I could visit to get the cash. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here, you will feel the need for full body disinfectant when you leave.
