Room was not clean. Mold in shower. Toilet paper holder bent so toilet paper would come off as you pull. Room stunk. Tv remote wouldn't work. Was very noisy. Musty smell. Beds were very uncomfortable. Sheets didn't smell clean. Parking was good.

Never Again

AC didn’t work, call to the front took a hour and then they tried the unplug it and plug it back in, didn’t work and it was late so slept in a hot room. Shower head didn’t work so couldn’t bathe. Toilet hummed loudly after flushing and to top it off other guests were blaring music from their vehicles in the parking lot at 5am. Really crappy stay for a motel in Historic Route 66

This property is run down, the front desk service was unfriendly, the lobby and the room smelled musty, the continental breakfast area was dirty and had a very poor selection of foods. Absolutely would not stay again.

Quick unplanned stop

It was a quick stop when we got too tired to drive. Checked in late and left very early. The beds were comfortable and great that they are pet friendly. Check-in was quick even though the place was busy. Was not disappointed in our decision to stop.

The property is ran down and dirty. There was some indescribable smell, but once I got in my room and closed the door, it cut the smell down to a tolerable level. The bed was uncomfortable, so I did not get a good night sleep the whole reason you stay at a hotel. The hotel staff was very rude. It was like they were inconvenienced with their guest being there. I could only find two restaurants on my GPS and both of them the food was prepared poorly. All in all it was an unpleasant stay and I will never stop Santa Rosa again.

Was only there fir about 6 hours to sleep but this property was a little run down. Breakfast was still being set up at 0610 had to wait. Room was nice. AC was cold.
