We were only there for a night and left very early. Location was convenient for us. Breakfast options available early which allowed us to get something quick before heading out. Really the only thing that we had an issue with was that there was no hot water for us to shower.

There was only one front desk clerk and when we arrived, her computer was offline so it took her awhile to check everyone in. The sign said they were having trouble with the hot water but she said to just let it run. I let it run and finally had hot water but it quickly ran out.

The clerk at the desk was very pleasant & the bed comfortable. But it was not a great motel. There was a sign at the desk that said their hot water was slow to arrive in the rooms due to some pump failure thing. The water did get warm, but not for the total shower. It was cool by the end. My spouse didn’t bother to shower because of this. Television remote was also a problem. Two trip to the front desk & the message remained that the cable box was located behind the tv so that the remote was temperamental. Any, we probably won’t stay here again.

Great but.

The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure was great but the temperature was ok for about 45 seconds and then became ice cold for 4-5 minutes then became progressively hot. Everything else was great.

Under ordinary circumstances, this property would have been perfectly acceptable. But... When we arrived, there was a sign on the desk stating they had no hot water. Because we couldn't cancel, we were stuck. The front desk person advised us to contact Expedia before checking in to ask for a price adjustment for the inconvenience. The process took much longer to complete than it should have. In the end, Expedia treated us fairly and we had a good, but short, night's sleep. The front desk person was professional and kept a smile on her face despite having to deal with alot of unhappy people. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was acceptable. As noted in other reviews, the waffle mix was watery and should be shaken or stirred before putting in dispenser. Our stay was fine, if only we'd been able to shower.
