The Sandman Hotel-Santa Rosa, is the Best Home Away place to stay~. It was my second time staying over two nights. At check-in, the concierge and duty manager warmly greeted me. I was given a room at the ground level because stairs are difficult walking. My room was fresh, clean and well maintained. I love the big screen TV, Queen Size Bed, and four comfy pillows. Next time I’m bringing the family and pup so we can fully enjoy the pool, bocce ball court and gym. Shopping for snacks is within walking distance. Sightseeing is within driving distance and there is plenty of the best restaurants to feast upon Sonoma Counties California Cuisine.

Don’t appreciate having housekeeping knock on my door starting at 9 a.m. I had to drive my friend down the day before so she could get a procedure. She needed her sleep, as did I, as I had a four-hour drive home. Had to tell them three times to please stop check out is at 11am and we would be out by then

We at the Sandman Santa Rosa Sonoma, and our experience was not the best. Although the amenities were good, the atmosphere was not. Two nights in a row we had two different strangers pounding on our hotel room trying to get in. Not only did this make us feel unsafe but ruined our experience/ expectations. We had to call the police twice. Management was helpful the first time with switching our rooms but I think it’s crazy that it happened again in our NEW room. I wish I could say I would come back to The Sandman next time I’m in town but I don’t think that we could go through that experience again.

Had a wonder stay at the Sandman last weekend. Rooms were cute & clean- same with the grounds. Would definitely stay again, but next time for more than one night. Would love to take advantage of the inviting pool and hot tub. I prefer showers that have the handheld option and the shower did! The soaps and conditioner smelled fantastic! 10/10
