Beautiful hotel and super convenient location. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was all super nice and helpful. Spa is very nice and Suana and Turkish bath are available free of charge to all guests. Rooftop has really nice views of Funchal.

Emplacement de choix, au cœur de funchal, près de tout. Attention il s’agit de quelques appartements dans une bâtisse qui contient autre choses, donc pas de service 24/24 à la réception. Les appartements sont grands et le stationnement inclus à même la bâtisse. La piscine est agréable.

We have just had a 3 night stay at the Hotel and it was lovely. When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and gave us a brief tour, when our room was ready we were again escorted there by a member of reception. The room was a great size with a small patio area overlooking the lush gardens. We had dinner in the restauarant on our first night, which was excellent, service was impeccable. We used the bar a couple of times, loving the idea that we got to choose our "Happy Hour", we also ate in the Bar on 2 occasions and again the food was excellent. Breakfast was very good with a great slection of food.The Hotel is very traditional and has a lot of character, we will hopefully return one day and would recommend to anyone who would like to be within 15 mins of the centre of Funchal but still stay in a "little oasis".
