Hotel is in a great location . All the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to check in several hours before 3 pm which was a big bonus for us . We would definitely use this hotel on our next visit

Decent modern hotel ideally located in the centre of Santander. Great location for seeing all the city has too offer and ideal for bars and restaurants. Close to bus station for the airport bus. Decent rooms with all the usual facilities including fridge and mini bar. Didnt have breakfast but looked decent. Smooth check in and check out. Ideal for a few nights in this lovely not so touristy city.

Nice comfortable hotel in central location. Helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for food and drink in the bar. Pleasant enough stay but I wouldn't quite rate it four star as building showing its age in places. Only paper cups for tea/coffee in room but proper cups provided on request to be fair.

comfortable, clean hotel in good location near shops, bars, restaurants, sights. Liked permanent ramp at entrance, cleanliness of room. Did not like that there were no English Language News channels on TV, unappetizing food at breakfast, brightness of Bar at evening time. Very efficient check in and check out, staff in Cafe Bar very friendly and efficient. I would stay here again.

Excellent location,easy parking. Spacious very comfortable room. Bonus having a kettle & tea & coffee. Quiet room. Large very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Good cafe/restaurant with good choice of dishes reasonably priced. Friendly efficient staff. Only negative was spurious splash mark stains on door surrounds in male toilets by reception…. floor was regularly washed and bleached but door surrounds missed…
