Santiago Atitlán Vacation Packages

Location, amenities and restaurant made for a comfortable stay at El Carmen. The staff was very helpful letting us leave our luggage before we checked in as well as setting up a shuttle to the Guatemala City airport.

I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back.

This hotel was great. Obviously when looking for a place to stay I’m always looking for something that’s affordable, but also with good attention. This place exceeded those expectations, they offer a restaurant on the property, which was very convenient. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The room itself was beautiful, it felt like we were staying in a medieval room. The hotel is located in a corner, it is quiet you don’t hear so much noise unless you’re in the bathroom. Overall, if you’re looking somewhere affordable, good quality, clean, and quiet I recommend this hotel.

Great stay. I actually extended it for 4 days. The rooms are good, the pool and the restaurant/bar is nice. It’s very well located. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!
