Nice hotel just right outside of the old town Santiago but within 10min walk. Staff is very nice and the bed was super comfy. Style wise a little old and dated but very clean. We got a nice and big room!

We are coming here 1-2 times a year since a few years now. Great breakfast and people are very nice. Only cover the swimming pool will be great, so it can be used also outside the summer. Make it an indoor one !!

Very comfortable and roomy

Our room was good sized and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and a nice shower as well. The staff were always friendly a very helpful. I would recommend Eurostars Araguaney and I would stay again.

Not a 5* hotel Would use it again as a good 4* hotel, clean, good location, staff are pleasant and helpful. No coffee maker or kettle in room which is strange for 5*, non of the Amenities you get at 5* hotel rooms are available in the room !

This was probably the worst stay I’ve ever had in a hotel and I travel several months every year. Definitely not a 5 star hotel! The rooms do not look like the photos. The bathroom is dated with a shower in a bath and not modern as per the photos. The gym equipment does not work and needs to be serviced. The aircon did not work on the heat function and they had to bring a standalone heater to assist as it is the middle of winter. This too stopped working in the middle of the night. They do not provide any coffee in the room and the staff in the dining room are extremely rude!
