The hotel is nice but it wasnt our first choice as we wanted to be next to the cathedral. It worked out fine because we had a car with us.

The light was out for a good hour and a half which ruin our dinner plans as we could not take a shower after a whole day walking. The hotel did not apologize nor offer to cover the room service for our dinner.

Nice, modern, clean hotel with welcome outdoor pool and garden area which was great on a sunny afternoon after sightseeing. Short 10 minute walk to cathedral either across park or up the road. Ask for breakfast menu to see their egg options cooked to order.

This is a fantastic hotel. The best of Santiago. Even though it is a ways off the tourist center, it’s still just a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral. But, if you are doing business at the University of Santiago campus, the location is perfect. It’s also just across the Galician National Auditorium. The environs are peaceful, bucolic, gorgeous, and conducive to resting. The rooms are fantastic: spacious, clean, modern, and with excellent beds. The hotel offers an excellent dining experience, with chef-created meals. This is a totally recommendable place to stay.

This was a nice hotel, but calling it 5 stars is a stretch. While they may technically be 5 stars, it feels more like a nice Holiday Inn with a better breakfast buffet. It is a business hotel, cold outdoor pool, but the indoor one is heated (too warm during our stay). I think there are better options in the 3 star range in this city.
