I loved this hotel it was everything I was looking for in a romantic getaway with a beautiful view of the monument. The hotel room was very modern, spacious and luxurious all at once. I loved it and would definitely be staying here again. I 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the heart of Santiago.

The paying hotel guests should have priority in the restaurant. The restaurant was only on reservations and was always full. No other choice to go out and eat outside. The bar in lobby not a great choice of appetizers. Breakfast buffet was not worth what they charge did not have a variety very poor selection

The property is beautiful and conveniently at walking distance from El Monumento. The staff was great. Extra special thanks to Emely waitress at the morning restaurant. She was extremely attentive and pleasant. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
