The hotel is beautifully situated on the tranquil banks of the Jimenoa River, offering guests a serene and picturesque setting. The natural surroundings create a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation. The hotel is indeed beautiful and has a lot of potential to be exceptional, but the service to the client has to increase dramatically. Attention to detail and customer service to the clients, should be really be implemented as top priority. Additionally, the pools should be cleaned daily at times they were very dirty. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Starting with meeting Alejandro at the front desk, everything here was an amazing experience! Gran Jimenoa was safe and had a great scenic view, on-site staff, breakfasts, jacuzzi and pool area… the list goes on. Highly, highly recommended!

Todo super bien la única queja es en cuanto al baño. Al momento de bañarse se formaba un charquero fuera de la ducha, deberían mejorar esa parte.

Un lugar perfecto para relajarse Mi estancia en este hotel fue super relajante. El sonido del río cercano creaba una atmósfera de paz total. Las plantas y la vegetación alrededor del hotel eran preciosas, todo muy verde y bien cuidado. El desayuno estaba delicioso, con opciones frescas y sabrosas para comenzar el día con energía. Recomiendo este lugar a quienes buscan desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza en un entorno cómodo y acogedor.
