When I did my check in I was told parking was free. The hotel is inside the mall. I was told I don’t have to pay for parking garage. All I need to do is go get my ticket stamp. Later when I went inside the hotel one employee stamped my ticket. Next day another employee told me I must pay $10 for my ticket. I asked them why I have to pay??? To me they provided wrong information. The hotel was very clean but it’s very stressful when the hotel is inside a mall’s garage. Also when we got there the valet parking wouldn’t assist us. My last two days of vacation were very stressful for staying in that hotel. Since I went to the river and beach my outfit was not nice as others and the valets employees look as us weird. They didn’t even offer assistance with our luggage. I feel I was judge the way I dressed.
