Apartment close to Los Leones Metro at Providencia

Our manager was helpful as we'd arrived a day early. However, the promised safe unlocking never occurred and we had to carry all our valuables with us.

Alta Lyon Hotel

The only things we had an issue with was the Internet/tv quality. We had to reconnect a number of times. The staff was helpful, but this should not occur in a quality hotel/ apartment. We were there for two weeks. There was not a consistent cleaning of the unit on a daily basis. We didn't know when they would clean. Some days we were left the towels needed, but on other days we were short on the needed items. That being said, the unit was great for our purposes and we would consider booking again. The bedding was the best quality we have experienced in Chile in the past 20 years. I wanted to bring the pillows home!! This can make up for the other short-coming.

Nice hotel in a central part of Santiago

This hotel was our first back in the city, away from urban areas, and it was really clean and refreshing all around. The lady who took us in and showed us around was quite friendly and helpful.

Perfect location close to everthing

The fact that it had a nice rooftop pool was great as it was 30- 34 degrees C!!!! Location was close to everything and very safe. will stay there again FOR SURE.

Muito bom, mas...

O apartamento é espaçoso, a cozinha bem equipada e o bairro é excelente. Porém a avaliação foi prejudica porque na primeira noite de hospedagem, o rio Mapocho, que passa bem em frente ao imóvel transbordou e ficamos presos no apartamento quase o dia todo, sem água, luz e alimentação. A gerência ficou um pouco perdida durante o fato, mas é totalmente compreensível. Realmente foi um transtorno, com carros inundados na garagem, muita sujeira, etc. Valeu o esforço de todos e provavelmente eu voltaria a hospedar neste local em outra ocasião.

El departamento necesita mejoras

El departamento ya no está en las condiciones en que lo muestra la foto. Falta limpieza, pintura y mantenimiento en general. Tiene cocina pero con utensillos muy básicos. Independientemente de lo dicho, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente en nuestra estadía de 7 días, por lo que no puedo ampliar mucho más respecto al servicio. La ubicación es muy buena.

Excelente estadia. Muy comodo y con todo cerca. Dejamos el auto el los estacionamientos del edificio (un plus esto en Santiago) y salimos caminando a todos lados.
